The Stockholm Syndrome: The case of Lucas Finney, By Tim Tufuga 26th Feb, 2016.

The case of Lucas Finney likened to the TV series Homeland reveals the classic case of the Stockholm Syndrome or capture-bonding between a hostage and his abductors. In Lucas Finney’s case, like the TV series anti-hero character Sargeant Nicholas Brody, USMC, the hostage converts to Islam and becomes bonded with his abductors cause. In Lucas Finney’s situation he was captured in Afghanistan and subsequently he had converted to Islam, and married a Syrian wife, whom had recently given birth to a child.

Lucas Finney’s particular case represents an extreme example of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) from a victim of kidnapping and capture, whom has, subsequently, been converted into the abductors cause. Often such a case requires remedial attention for people suffering from the Stockholm Syndrome which would certainly be considered as a more pervasive and often undetectable national security risk for a host nation. In particular, considering that their would be national security threat would be a least likely suspect.

Sleepers cells, within non-Islamic countries may, subsequently, would have the most potent weapon with the recruitment of former detainees, whom have subsequently converted into their cause and when required would become activated and weaponised as Actuals.

The Stockholm Syndrome is the most deadly force for the enemies of any National State and more lethal than a Fedayeen within their own Middle Eastern regional area of conflict, and, well within their own Islamic Caliphate spheres of influence.

The returned servicemen and women who have served in combat zones and in particular those who have been captured and detained are upon their return to the civilian community are diagnosed for any symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), however, latent and innocuous it may seem, they will consider the Stockholm Syndrome on a risk scale of the most lethal outcomes of extreme PTSD, and at the highest risk level is, indeed, the Stockholm Syndrome.
Needless to say, Lucas Finney may correctly be considered as a typical example of a victim of the Stockholm Syndrome, likened to the TV series, Homeland’s Sargeant Brodie, he should have been detained and interned within a controlled environment before he would become a real National Security threat to people and nations in which people like him who are in effect weaponised lethal human ordinances.

From a National Security threat level at its highest, most activated sleepers would come from PTSD victims and in particular those who display symptoms of the Stockholm Syndrome.

The 2016 White Paper is a comprehensive and responsible long-term plan to ensure Australia’s national security.

It is the culmination of detailed analysis of our strategic environment, our defence priorities and objectives, and the capabilities required to achieve these outcomes.

For the first time, the White Paper released today by Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and Defence Minister Marise Payne fully aligns strategy, capability and resources to make the Australian Defence Force (ADF) more capable, agile and potent.

The Turnbull Government is increasing Defence spending by $29.9 billion over the next decade.

The defence strategy and capability plans have been independently costed to ensure they are achievable and affordable.

The Turnbull Government has also set a new benchmark for transparency and funding certainty by releasing an Integrated Investment Program and Defence Industry Policy Statement.

The fully costed, ten-year Integrated Investment Program brings together all capability-related investment including new weapons, platforms, infrastructure and science and technology.

The Defence Industry Policy Statement will transform Defence’s relationship with industry.

The Turnbull Government will invest $1.6 billion over 10 years in programs to build industry skills, drive competitiveness and export potential while harnessing Australian innovation and expertise.

These investments in Australian industry and technologies will generate benefits beyond the Australian defence industrial base which flow into the rest of the economy, delivering jobs and encouraging innovation for regional businesses and communities across Australia.

The implementation of the First Principles Review of Defence and the organisation’s ongoing commitment to cultural reform will be critical to realising the Turnbull Government’s White Paper goals.

The White Paper recognises Australia’s security and prosperity is directly tied to the stability of our region and to the maintenance of a stable, rules-based global order.

In the period to 2035, Australia will have greater opportunities for prosperity and development but it will also face greater uncertainty. We need to be prepared.

The White Paper positions Defence to respond to a broader range of security threats to Australians at home and abroad.

The Government will invest in new capability across the ADF including:

A continuous naval shipbuilding program commencing with nine future frigates and 12 offshore patrol vessels.
12 new regionally-superior submarines, with the commitment to maximise Australian industry involvement in acquisition and sustainment, to be finalised through the Competitive Evaluation Process.
Enhanced intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, space, electronic warfare and cyber capabilities.
Advanced training, modern equipment, health care and logistics systems to support ADF personnel.
Comprehensive upgrades to Defence infrastructure across Australia to support our larger future force, including key bases, training and testing ranges and fuel and explosive ordnance facilities.
Modernised information management, operational communications, and command and control systems.
Australians can be confident the Turnbull Government will continue to deliver on its most important task – defending our nation and protecting and promoting our national interests.

Bioterrorism: The Zika Virus as a psychological and biological genetic weapon: target: Third world nations and races? By Tim Tufuga

The United States President has announced the commitment of $1.8 Billion in combating the Zika Virus and to stop it at its tracks. Evidently, the urgency and the enormity of the financial commitment by the United States government reveals the seriousness of the virus.

Conspiracy theorists have come up with various conspiracy of an Aryan Fascist Bioterrorist act, to Bill Gates offer material support for the Zika Virus spread, as according to Dahboo7, from the Underground World News, to Maddie Stone and her Rockefeller Foundation involvement with the development of a weapon for genetic warfare. To the direct involvement of a Bio-Chemical company Oxitec, with the release of a GMO Mosquito infected with the Zika Virus in the Brazilian Amazon jungles. Or, a very successful hoax contrived by racialist groups aiming to spread a bioterrorist meme, with very convincing effect.

Whatever the speculative theory, what seems to be an established truism is the fear and uncertainty being felt by an entire populations within vulnerable South Pacific countries, like Samoa and Tonga, which have been adversely affected directly by the threat of the Zika Virus pandemic.

In support of the Genetic weaponisation of the Zika Virus, however, may be sourced with the recent reports of the Zika Virus pandemic affecting the hub of the Polynesian races from Samoa and Tonga. What does seemed to be implausible was confirmed, with the improbability of the geo-spatial linkage of the Zika Virus to the isolated locales of the South Pacific Nations, reports of Zika virus infected patients were reported by government sources. The conspiracy theory of a genetic weaponed being weaponsised and in support of a bioterrorist action within the South Pacific Nations now seems plausible.

The possibility of the virus spreading to the South Pacific would only be considered through human to human contact and this could only be through sexual contact. However, in stating that the viral infection were sexually transmitted, then it is more likely that individuals would be easily isolated like HIV patients. What seemed to be incredulous was the report that 259 suspected infected patients within Tonga which has astounded the medical scientific world. In response, the Australian federal government had announced a commitment of $500,000 to the Tonga government in order to conduct further medical research and to quarantine the patients.

If, the reports of the rapidity of the spread of the Zika Virus as an uncontrolled pandemic were as wide spread as it seems to be by the mainstream and social media, then as a genetic weapon, the Zika Virus will indeed threaten the very existence of the Samoan and Tongan race. It is a genetic disease and will effectively reduce the cranium and the subsequently the brain of new born babies. The head shrinkage is known as Microcephaly. The obvious diagnosis is severe brain damaged children and the physical problems include visual impediments. Therefore, an entire generation of retarded people will result. Such a result for a South Pacific Nation as Samoa whose sparse population of less than 200,000 and Tonga's 130,000 population will be devastating. In reality, the Zika virus is tantamount to ethnic extermination. Therefore, if the Zika virus was indeed considered as a bioterrorist weapon, then the eradication of the Samoan and Tongan race has become in earnest.

Recently, a passenger from Samoa had arrived at the Brisbane airport and was taken to the local hospital and was subsequently diagnosed with the Zika virus. The Australian governments, both federal and state governments, had announced a contingent response of controlled containment of this viral infection.

It seems incredulous that South Pacific Nations, such as Samoa and Tonga, could possibly be affected, and infected, by such a virulent and lethal Zika Viral pandemic, which would support the respective Conspiracy theorists to some substantive degree.

Conversely, however, considering the high value suspect of the Aedes Aegypti Mosquito, it is highly unlikely that this mosquito were able to reach Samoa or Tonga let alone Australia on its own. Why? Because, of the obvious improbability of the Mosquito arriving in Samoa, Tonga and North Queensland or elsewhere in the South Pacific. Then how do we explain the Tongan case? it can not be possible to spread the Zika Virus through sexual contact so rapidly so as to affect 259 Tongans. Therefore, a conspiracy theory of an act of bioterrorism seems to bode well in this instance.

Consequently, the idea that the virus would become a Welgeist in instilling a psychological scare throughout the South Pacific and throughout the world has truly succeeded in this regard.
